The purpose of the AdStash Inventory Quality Policy is to ensure digital signs on our platform meet the quality, consistency, transparency, and compliance standards of our programmatic advertising partners. By offering advertisers compliant inventory only, it will increase campaign efficiency and avoid selling ads on screens that are unavailable to fulfill or do not meet the advertiser’s criteria.
what this means for publishers
- Once a digital sign goes offline for 2 weeks straight, it’s status in our programmatic advertising exchange partners platforms is listed to “offline”. Offline screens are unable to accept new advertising campaigns.
- When the digital sign comes back online for at least 3 days straight, it’s status in our programmatic advertising exchange partners platforms is listed back to “online” within 2 weeks, and can now except new ad campaigns.
- If a digital sign is offline for 3 months straight, it will then be deleted from our programmatic advertising partners platforms and the “AdStashifying” process must start again once the screen comes back online.
How to ensure your digital signs are compliant:
Every AdStash account will have the option to turn on email notifications alerting them when a digital sign has been offline for 72 hours. By default, email notifications are turned off. To turn on email notifications follow the steps listed in the help section of your dashboard or contact [email protected].
If you have any questions, please forward them to [email protected] and we are happy to discuss.
Thank-you for your continued partnership!
The AdStash Team.
